MMA was founded, first and foremost, to provide a high-quality product for the serious angler. We at MMA pride ourselves on just that. We feel that we have delivered with our first line of rods suitably named “The Knockout Series”.

Each of our rods is inspected a minimum of twelve times throughout the building process and also tested for strength to ensure you are receiving the highest quality rod possible to help you #FightTheBite! This process has been successful in keeping our breakage rate at a very low percentage based on the industry standard. Assembly mishaps and material failure are always a possibility. That’s why if you own an MMA rod and you have an issue with it, there’s no need to throw in the towel! We’re in your corner and we have your back!

A MMA KNOCKOUT SERIES WARRANTY CLAIM is limited to manufacture defect, shipping damage, and other circumstances deemed acceptable by MMA FISHING. Please contact us by phone if your issue is regarding Rod Eyes, Inserts, Glue, or any other minor defect.

STEP ONE

1.) Proof of purchase (must include purchase date). Upload a copy of your receipt to the form below.

2.) A detailed description of how the rod was broken. Include the approximate breakage point on the rod.

3.) Pictures of the entire rod and pictures of the breakage point.

4.) Reference the scale below and submit correct payment for your warranty claim.

STEP TWO

1.) You must send the broken or damaged rod to us. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the broken rod to MMA Fishing (U.S. residents only) Canada pays shipping both ways.

STEP THREE

1.) Please review the instructions for the cut down process. Cut the damaged rod 2 inches above the rod label as shown below. Use a fine-toothed blade for a clean, straight cut which is REQUIRED for rod replacement.

2.) Prepare the rod for shipping. You must include the approximate 24-inch section (including the butt cap, handle, reel seat and rod label) in the box. Keep or discard the remaining sections of the damaged rod.

When we receive the warranty claim, payment, and the broken rod we will ship the replacement. We DO NOT warranty eye guides due to the high probability of them being damaged during daily use.

Note: You’ll have 30 days after receiving your replacement rod to return the blank section of the damaged rod. If the blank is not received within this timeframe, your credit card will be charged for the full retail price of the rod. Discontinued models will be replaced with the closest like the model or build material. Demo rods, premier rods, and kit rods are not eligible for Xpeditor Service.
